One number, in writing, before we start. If we open something up and find the job is bigger than what we quoted, we stop and re-quote before doing the extra work. You are never handed a surprise at the end.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not for quotes. Diagnostic work that takes real time, like leak detection, carries a flat $249 that comes off the repair if you hire us. Everything else is quoted free.
Who actually answers at 2am?
A licensed plumber, not a dispatcher or an answering service. They will talk you to your shut-off valve while a truck is rolling.
Do you pull permits?
On water heaters, repipes, gas work and anything structural, always. Unpermitted plumbing is the thing that stops a sale during inspection two years later.
Are you insured for water damage?
Fully insured and bonded, and we document every job with photographs. If something goes wrong on our watch, you are not the one arguing with an adjuster.
What is the guarantee?
Workmanship guaranteed for two years, parts per manufacturer. Written on the work order you get at the end of the job, not buried on a website.
