What the work includes
- Three or four annual color rotations, designed per bed
- Bed preparation and amendment at every changeover
- Container and entry planting design
- Architectural holiday lighting, installed and removed

- Pre-event grounds detailing on request
What moves the number
- Bed square footage
- Color is priced by the area planted and the density specified. A formal entry planted tight costs more per foot than a mass border.
- Number of rotations
- Three changeovers a year suits most properties. Four gives you a genuinely different look each season and is what we recommend for properties that entertain.
- Lighting scope
- Holiday installations are priced on roofline footage, tree count, and story height. Storage between seasons is included in our programs.

Typically October, January, and April, timed to the transitions that actually occur here rather than to a northern calendar.
Do you store the holiday lighting?
Yes. Materials are labeled by property, stored in our facility, and reinstalled the following season. Nothing lives in your garage.
