Design & build, ongoing maintenance
Forty years of unmanaged growth had closed the lake view entirely and the bank was eroding. We took the canopy back in stages over two seasons, terraced the slope in local stone, and replanted with natives that hold the bank without hiding the water.
Turf programme, irrigation correction
The fairway side of the property had never drained and the turf showed it. An audit found three zones watering shade like sun and a low corner with nowhere to go. Corrected the grade, rebuilt the zones, and the lawn has held tournament condition since.
Master plan, full installation
A finished house on a blank lot. We drew the whole property first — grade, drainage, canopy at maturity — then built it in three phases so the budget spread and the grounds were never torn up all at once.
Three landscaping companies in eight years, and none of them saw the property the way Summit does. They do not cut grass — they keep grounds. There is a difference, and our neighbours have noticed it.
They found a drainage problem two contractors had been mowing over for years. Fixed the cause instead of the symptom, and the back lawn has been dry ever since.
The master plan was phased over three seasons exactly as drawn, and every number held. That has not been my experience with anyone else in this trade.

Most of our design-build work starts here.Design, arborist work, irrigation audits, and hardscapes are all project engagements. Grounds maintenance is offered as an ongoing program only — a property cannot be held to a standard one visit at a time.
Nothing, and there is no obligation. A senior horticulturist walks the property with you and leaves you with an assessment you may keep and use however you like.
Licensed in Florida, fully insured including workers compensation, and our applicators hold state pesticide licences. Certificates are provided with every proposal.
Yes. Roughly a third of our acreage is community and commercial grounds. Those engagements include board-ready reporting and a named account contact.
