What moves the number
- Property size and complexity
- An acre of open turf is a shorter visit than a third of an acre of beds, borders, and specimen plantings. We price the work, not the lot line.
- Bed-to-turf ratio
- Beds are where the hours go. A property that is mostly planting requires more skilled time and less machine time, which changes the crew composition.
- Access and staging
- Gated entry, narrow side yards, and lake frontage all affect how equipment reaches the work. We note this at the walkthrough so the quote holds.

Is it the same crew every week?
Yes. Your property is assigned to one crew and one account horticulturist. Continuity is the whole point — a rotating crew never learns the grounds.
What happens when a week is rained out?
We make it up within the same week wherever possible. If the ground is too saturated to cut without rutting, we wait — a scarred lawn costs more to repair than a week of growth.
